What type of rental do you offer?
We offer modern studio-type units in Davao City, Philippines. Perfect for short and long term stays.
What amenities are included
Our studios come with Wi-Fi to keep you connected, a kitchenette, air conditioning to keep you cool, a fridge for your snacks, and Netflix for when you just want to relax and unwind.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
Do you allow pets?
We love pets, but unfortunately, we can’t allow them in our studios.
Can I have visitors during my stay?
To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for everyone, overnight visitors aren’t allowed, and we kindly ask that no parties be held on the property.
Booking & Payment
What is the minimum stay requirement?
The minimum stay is two ( 2 ) nights. We also offer weekly and monthly stays.
How do I book a stay?
You can book directly through our website or via our listed platforms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, and for your convenience, payment is made in advance to keep check-in hassle-free.
Is a security deposit required?
A security deposit is required for monthly stays before check-in to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience.
Are there any additional fees?
Your stay covers all utilities, so no extra bills to worry about! A small cleaning fee applies to keep the space fresh and welcoming for the next guest.
Check-in & Check-out
What are your check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in time is 3:30pm
- Check-out time is 10am
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
We’re happy to offer an extra hour or two if possible! However, if we have back-to-back bookings, our cleaners need the full time to prepare the space. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
House Rules & Policies
What are the quiet hours?
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask that quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.
Is there daily housekeeping?
Housekeeping is not included in the rental price, but you may request cleaning services for an additional fee.
Is cooking or frying allowed?
No cooking, no frying policy. To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that cooking and frying be avoided in the studio. This helps prevent odors and keeps everything looking fresh!
Can I host gatherings or parties?
As much as we love a good party, we cannot allow parties and gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
